The Rotary Club of Olympia seeks statements of qualifications from artists for the design, construction, and installation of a public art project, as further set forth in this RFQ document. Based on preferred qualifications in a subsequent RFP, the Club will, select three (3) artists to prepare their concept for a public art piece that reflects the Club’s 100 years of service to the Olympia community. The selected artists will be given compensation to prepare their concept proposal. Following the RFP process one artist will be selected to finalize the design of their art, construct it and install it.
