MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CRAFT SHOP DIRECTOR:
1. Experience and skill in the field of arts and crafts
2. Ability to organize
3. Ability to supervise and work harmoniously with other adults
4. Good communication and conflict resolution skills
5. Desirable minimum age 21
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY: To supervise craft shop, giving instruction and encouragement to children in acquiring skills and satisfaction from creativity with their hands and minds. To oversee craft shop participation in special events. To supervise craft shop instructors and maintain supplies and equipment
