Echo of the Low Light is a collective of Pacific Northwest artists experimenting with an aleatoric approach to creating music. We have just released our first song and accompanying video (please see our YouTube video, under Echo of the Low Light, for the song “Shipwreck” to understand our aesthetic). We are intending to shoot footage for an upcoming release that includes a single female figure who will be filmed walking through wooded area, fields, nature in general. Both distant and close-up shots are expected. Body movement is important, so someone with a background in dance/performance is preferred, but not required. What is important is that you have a sense of rhythm, and are open to collaboration and direction from very nice, enthusiastic creative folks. Filming will take place in one day (8 hours max) on Vashon Island. Daily pay rate will depend on experience, and all transportation and meals will be paid.
