It’s a second-floor space in a beautiful building on Capitol Hill/Central district, in a quiet neighborhood. The open layout allows artists to share the space in a non-disruptive way. It is an airy space with lots of windows & bright overhead lights.

Full space is 530 sq foot w/super tall ceilings.
Available on December 1st
$600/mo (265 sq foot) per artist
