SOIL is currently accepting proposals for shows that will take place between January – December 2021*. Deadline is Friday, May 15th, 2020 at midnight (PST). Exhibition proposals are for the FRONT SPACE of the gallery only. See map at http://soilart.org/opportunities for dimensions.
SOIL exists as an alternative venue for artists and curators to exhibit, develop, and advance their work. We are committed to exhibiting art of diverse media and content from members of all communities and cultures. Proposals including three or more artists are encouraged, but two-person shows will be considered if the work and concept are very strong.
FYI: You cannot save work in progress on this form. Please make sure you have all your information ready before you begin your application!

*Due to ongoing COVID-19 mayhem, the dates of any shows proposed and/or accepted may be subject to change. For this reason, the months of May and June 2021 are not available for proposals as shows from 2020 have had to be postponed. If your show proposal is accepted and the timeline does need to be changed due to the ongoing pandemic, we will work with you to ensure your show does indeed take place at some point in time.
