Design, Engineering & Construction Management (DECM) is responsible for final design, engineering, and construction management for all major capital projects, as well as right-of-way acquisition, and support for capital improvements to the existing transit system. Additionally, DECM manages agency-owned surplus and holding properties, and administers the agency’s public art program.

The ST Art Program (STart) intern will assist in art collection record keeping, which may appeal to Museum practices or library science students. The intern will work with STart staff to assess recording keeping needs of the program and will begin tracking STart collections, as well researching past and current art collection history in order to make the data more accessible and better utilized by STart and the agency. The intern may be assigned special projects to further STart’s mission.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must be a current college students in good academic standing, enrolled in an accredited four year university Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Library Science, Arts Administration, Museum Studies (focus on Collections Management).
