Balance Studio is a community space in the heart of Fremont for dance, Brazilian martial art, yoga, and children’s classes. Balance studio is easily accessible in a wonderful neighborhood by public transport and close to shops and Fremont’s beautiful canal.

Our current office space available is suitable for your own workspace/business including but not limited to writing/programming/psychotherapy/nutrition & wellness counseling, etc. Comfortable waiting area available with microwave, small refrigerator and bathroom.

Room Details:10 x 10” Spacious and includes a separate office alcove. Currently unfurnished. Full rental available. $650/month
Rent includes Wifi and utilities. Available starting December 1st.

Balance Studio is following state guidelines to ensure the health and safety of renters and our community. This means we require symptom monitoring, social distancing, wearing masks/face coverings, regular hand washing and frequent studio sanitation.
