Dimension and Criteria
2D artworks to be 8.5″ x 8.5″ (72 square inches) or less, including the frame
3D artworks to be 6″ x 6″ x 6″ (216 cubic inches) or less
The piece does NOT need to be square. Art must be wired, finished and ready to hang/display and saleable. Original artwork only. No Giclée prints accepted. Artwork will be displayed, shown and sold at the MIVAL Gallery.

Art mediums for acceptance can include paint, textiles, gouache, glass, metal, photography, ink, and pencil. Art can be applied to paper, board, fabric, ceramics, etc. This includes any application of medium and technique. All pieces submitted to the show must be original and for sale and not previously shown in this venue. Prices will be determined by the artist. A Commission of 25% of all art sales will be retained.

Display and placement of art is at the discretion of the MIVAL Treasures In Miniature Show 2019 display committee.
MIVAL reserves the right to refuse artwork that is deemed inappropriate or does not comply with the prospectus or meet our requirements for display. 2D art must be dry, securely framed, properly finished, ready to hang with wire securely attached. No glass edged frames, frames in disrepair, clip frames or saw tooth hangers.

Timeline for 2020:
February 23rd Last day for jpeg submission for marketing flyer and postcard – *See below for specific instructions
March 13th – Event registration deadline.
March 30th – Artwork check-in at MIVAL Gallery, 2836 78th Ave SE, between 9:30 and noon. Please bring business cards.
April 3rd – Show awards and Reception – 5 to 8 pm
April 24th – Last day of show
April 25th – Art pick-up 9:30 to Noon

Registration Fee is $30 for 1 to 3 pieces of art. Optional additional 4th piece add $10 ($40 total)
