Plasteel is a local Seattle small business picture frame shop and fine art gallery. We specialize in crafting our own unique hardwood picture frames that we sell here in our frame shop and wholesale to picture framers nationally.
We are currently looking for a woodworker to join our team for full or part time employment. Pay rate is between $17 and $30 per hour depending on skill level and experience.
Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of woodworking. Plasteel woodworkers are responsible for using the table saw, chop saw, creating miter cuts, milling picture frame profiles to spec, wood splines, inlays, hand tools, sanding and finishing. This position requires someone who has natural attention to details and is interested in precision work.
