BIPOC STAHC is building equity for middle to low-income artists of color by providing access, exposure, and opportunities for educational & professional development, portfolio expansion, and future-focused topics/events to sustainable models of homeownership & business models. The Workshop and Craftsman Artist Residency are paid contracts and the Exhibitions Residency comes with 0% commission to the gallery, the artist retains all sales with the option to participate in future events like night markets, and holiday sales events.

Residency Descriptions

1. EXHIBITING ARTISTS:
BIPOC STAHC Seeking Visual Artist to showcase work in group exhibitions and/or sell products at the BIPOC STAHC Resident Art Center

2. WORKSHOP/FACILITATING ARTISTS:
BIPOC STAHC Seeking Artist to facilitate workshops, trainings, and or events that are Art related (visual, new media, digital, music, writing), Creative Conversations, Healing, Business, and Financial Literacy related to housing/business and sustainable living models

3. CRAFTSMAN ARTISTS:
BIPOC STAHC Seeking Resident Artist curious and interested in tiny house build, off-grid living, sustainable systems, and infrastructures. The craftsman resident artist can choose onsite projects related to gardening, building green and/or construction-related, or choose to design new projects based on their personal interest
