Delridge Neighborhood Development Association operates five rental housing properties at a controlled rate to preserve an active and thriving Delridge community. Historic Cooper provides 36 affordable live/work studios for rent to artists of all disciplines on the top two floors and in the converted attic. The ground floor houses an arts and cultural center focusing on youth and the many cultures of the surrounding Delridge community.

DNDA also collaborates with local creatives and organizers to develop projects that engage young and diverse communities.  Many of these programs are held at DNDA’s historic Youngstown Cultural Arts Center, which houses an alternative high school, nonprofit offices, affordable room rental rates, and 36 affordable live-work spaces for artists of all disciplines.
