Women Make Movies (WMM) is a multicultural, multiracial, nonprofit media arts organization which facilitates the production, promotion, distribution and exhibition of independent films and videotapes by and about women. WMM provides services to women film and video makers through its Distribution Service and the Production Assistance Program which provides training, fiscal sponsorship and information services to independent media artists.
