InterIM CDA focuses on development in the International District with seven buildings with 303 units of housing. Samaki Commons is ICDA’s newest project, offering 41 units of low-income family, disabled, and transitional housing in Rainier Valley. Units range in size from 1-4 bedrooms for families with income ranges up to 60% of area median and to accommodate very low-income and disabled households.
