Anna Teiche is a painter based in Seattle, WA. She holds an MFA in Painting & Drawing from the University of Texas at Austin, and a BFA in Art & Design from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Her work has been exhibited nationally in spaces such as the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art (WA), The Visual Arts Center (TX), GrayDUCK Gallery (TX), the Boston Museum of Fine Arts (MA), and Unsmoked Systems (PA). She has received project grants from the Dallas Museum of Art (2023), and Artist Trust (2019), and attended residencies including Vermont Studio Center, NES (Iceland), and Rockland Woods (WA).
Anna has worked as an educator for the past two years, and within the non-profit sector for five years. These varied experiences inform her new role as the Program Coordinator at Artist Trust. Outside of her work and artistic practice, Anna enjoys backpacking and hiking with her partner and dog, cooking, and exploring the city.
