About

Kasey Koski has been with the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center for the past eight years. She assumed the position of Curator of Exhibits in 2016. Since then, she has produced over 50 exhibits including Apple Capital Records and the award winning Beyond the Frame: Inland Bounty.

Kasey studied Fine Art at Finlandia University in Upper Michigan, graduating with a BFA in graphic design 2002. She relocated to the Wenatchee Valley shortly after and became involved in community arts activism. She was a founding board member of the Two Rivers Gallery art co-op and has sat on the City of Wenatchee Arts Commission. She has coordinated and curated art shows within the community for many years and participates with the 220 Women’s group who show work annually. She also produced the Wenatchee First Friday Artwalk event for the 12 years.

In her personal work she expresses herself frequently through paint and fiber, but has also worked in metal, wood and landscape. Her personal artwork has been shown throughout Central Washington and Northern Michigan in select shows. She has also worked with the city of Wenatchee, Mission Ridge Ski & Board Resort and the Trust for Public Land on various large-scale art projects and continues to take an active interest in art opportunities at the public scale.
