About

Lindsay Breidenthal is a painter living in Wenatchee, WA. She graduated from Central Washington University with a BA in Studio Arts. Her multi-layered pieces focus on a sense of place and connection to the living world outside of built or perceived walls using plants and pattern, animals, landforms, and images of domestic labor. Her work has been exhibited throughout the state and she has recently been accepted to the ArtsWa Public Artist Roster. In addition to a studio practice, she is a founding and active board member for NCW Arts Alliance, teaches on call for the Wenatchee Arts Education Consortium, and loves roaming the hills and coulees with loved ones. Lindsay received the 2023 GAP Award to help offset the cost of a new computer. This upgrade will allow her to build a new website, increase secure storage of images, and expand the use of complex patterns in her work.
