Seattle/Chinatown/International District Preservation & Development Authority (SCIDPDA) manages seven properties in the Chinatown International District that include almost 400 low-income housing units. By providing families and seniors with access to affordable housing, SCIDPDA cultivates a higher standard of living for the whole neighborhood. SCIDPDA is continuously seeking to find ways to keep up with the demands of the local community.
